Throughout the season, we offer a weekly maintenance service to keep your pool/spa beautiful and clean. Don't worry about closing your pool. We will take care of it for you while you relax! (Standard pools 1 Pump 1 Filter 1 Heater) The summerization process is divided into two parts. The first part we remove cover,unplug all lines and install fittings; install pump, filter, chlorinator, auto cleaners, grease valves/O-rings; prime and start your filter system, checking its operation; summerize heater.

The second part we power vacuum, sweep, fold and put away cover; empty and fold water bags; reconnect diving board, ladders, handrails. Check the chemicals balance the water; set your time clock; and sweep the patio around pool. Non-standard pools or pool with spa combo are charged an additional fee.

(Standard pools 1 Pump 1 Filter 1 Heater) Clean filter: disassemble pump, filter chlorinator, auto cleaner, winterize heater; blow out skimmer and return lines, plug lines, detach drain plugs; check chemical balance of water; detach diving board, ladder, rails; install pool cover and secure. Non-standard pools or pool with spa combo are charged an additional fee.

(Chemicals included) Vacuum pool ; empty all baskets; backwash filter when needed; skim the water surface; brush the pool; check the chemical balance; and clean scum line when needed. Non-standard pools or pools with spa combo charged an additional fee.

(Spa not connected to pool) Empty baskets, clean filter, balance chemicals, drain and refill if needed.
